The room that we booked for our romantic escape was very cozy and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. , the hotel's location was perfect for us. It was located on a hill and allowed us to enjoy stunning views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. the hotel's restaurant offered a variety of delicious local dishes that we enjoyed.
Our experience was negatively affected by the poor customer service. The staff at the reception desk were not friendly at all.

Spent memorable Christmas holidays with family. the snow-covered mountain view from the room and balcony was stunning. the hotel staff was welcoming and provided excellent service when needed. the restaurant offered delicious food with the right amount of spices and flavors. the room was clean, neat and well-maintained every day. the hotel's location was perfectly suited for those who wanted a peaceful environment, away from the crowded city center but still close enough to reach by car.
Although the hotel did not provide fans or heaters in the room, we did not need it since the temperature was just right. the only minor inconvenience we faced was the distance from the mall road.
